The Pâtisserie Glacé Philosophy: 私たちの理念

A key objective is to make good-tasting, good-looking Japanese pastries affordable to the majority of Singaporeans. We have not increased our retail prices since inception in the face of escalating price increases in commodity and specialized ingredients. The price of our products captures mostly the cost of ingredients, salaries of our committed staff of chefs and chef assistants and other fixed and variable costs.

We endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint in our baking and retailing activities. Our cake boxes and carrier bags were designed with least-use of material without sacrificing sturdiness and practicality with mostly single-colour print. If customers prefer other boxes we can provide on a cost-plus basis.

We believe every little bit helps in “Saving Gaia”.
