Pastry Chef
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
pastry chef for Icon Village to start immediately.
Reporting to the Master Chef and working closely with Management, the incumbent
ideally should have these qualities:
á Several
years working experience in a cake shop or pastry section in a hotel or
restaurant
á
Has subtle palate and finds challenges in designing
beautiful and delicious pastries
á
Has experience leading a team
á
Has experience with production planning and
inventory control
á
Can maintain existing product selection
á
Can create new products and categories
Remuneration to commensurate with
experience.
