Accounts Assistant

with Retail Role - 1 position.

Business: We are a small operation with Chai Chee & 1 more outlet in the city.

The job scope is:

1) accounts posting, accounts payable, accounts receivable. Bank statement reconciliation. Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet. Liaise with external accountant.

2) Take care of sales for online & walk-in customers.

3) Wash soiled pots, etc. Sweep & mop floor.

The chefs leave at 4pm. You will close the shop at 530pm.

The hours are 1330-1730.
