Course Schedule:

• Preparation of batter
• Mixing and baking of sponge
• Assembly and decoration.
• Each attendee to bring home one unsliced, undecorated sponge and a decorated Shortcake complete with fruit sandwiched and as decoration.

• Apron, towel and mask.
• Advisable to wear closed shoes.

• 2 students minimum to start a class.
• Lesson is confirmed once paid. No change allowed unless "1 Time Change" option purchased.
• "1 Time Change" lesson request must be received and acknowledged at least 48 hours before commencement of desired class. Alternative class to be used within 30 days from the original receipt.
