Accounts Assistant (Retail Role)

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who is comfortable supporting both accounting and light retail operations.

Job Scope:

  1. Handle accounting duties including accounts posting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)
  2. Perform bank reconciliation and assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reports
  3. Liaise with external accountants where required
  4. Attend to online and walk-in customer sales
  5. Maintain basic cleanliness of the workspace (e.g. washing used pots, sweeping and mopping floors)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

The kitchen team typically leaves at 4:00 PM, and you will be responsible for closing the shop at 5:30 PM.
