Please make use of this shopping cart to order as it is the best way for us to plan production efficiently.

3-working day Internet / Advance Price:　インターネットで3日前までのご注文割引

If you place your whole cake order online 3 or more days from the date of pickup or delivery, you qualify for a few dollars off.  If you wish to order at our store and then make payment for this advance order (3 or more days from the date of pickup or delivery), you also qualify for the discount.  Please note orders emailed directly to us, via our "Contact Us" page or telephone orders do not qualify for discounts.

3日またはそれ以上前のホールケーキのインターネットでのご予約に限り割引をさせていただいております。店頭での3日前までのご予約にも割引価格が適応されます。（3日前までに料金をお支払いただけるお客様に限ります。）お電話でのご予約には割引はありませんのでご注意ください。

Payment:　お支払い方法

Online Orders:  Though we have your credit card no. for online orders we will not charge it. The purpose is to hold the reservation.  We will call you if there are questions about your order.  

Telephone Orders:  We will ask for your credit card number to confirm the order. 

Walk-In Customers: You may pay with cash, or Visa/MasterCard - debit or credit for purchases $30.00 and above.

NETS: You may pay with NETS as well.

インターネットでのご注文のお客様には保証のためクレジットカードの番号と有効期限を入力していただくことをご了承ください。ご注文内容に不明な点があった場合のみこちらから確認のお電話をさせていただきます。（ご来店のお日にち、時間等が入力されていない事がありますのでご注意ください。）

Cancellation of Order: キャンセルについて

For cancellation of orders one day or more before the collection date, there is no charge.  Please contact us during business hours 11am to 7pm Mon-Fri ,11am to 6pm on Sat and 11am - 5pm on Sun  and public holidays for cancellation.

If your order has already been paid with a credit card, a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the order applies.

ご注文の変更、キャンセルはケーキお引き取り日の前日の午後１２時まででお願いいたします。それ以降のキャンセル等はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。変更、キャンセルはメールでお願いいたします。お電話での変更等は営業時間内でお願いいたします。営業時間は、平日午前１１時から午後７時、土曜午前１１時から午後６時、日曜または祝日午前１１時から午後５時までとなっております。

もう既にお支払いがクレジットカードで完了しているお客様の場合、５％のキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご注意ください。ネッツNETTで支払いの場合は３％のキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご了承ください。
